			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As I write this I remember living in other places and never seeing or hearing about &#8220;pimento cheese&#8221;. Being in Charleston now 22 years, it&#8217;s a staple at my home. we love it on hamburgers, hotdogs, on crackers or just grilled. This is a great recipe and I thought I&#8217;d share it. It actually comes from a Kentucky cookbook, so enjoy</p>
<p>1- 7oz. diced and drained pimentos</p>
<p>4 cups sharp cheddar (i like to grate mine)</p>
<p>8 oz cream cheese</p>
<p>1 Tbsp Worchestire sauce</p>
<p>Mayonnaise to the smoothness you like</p>
