Getting Started
A. Click the MLS Search button, fill in the required information in the "New User" section and click "Register". You will get a welcome message with instructions ("Using Property Alerts" section below) and click the "Continue" button to setup your alerts.
B. Want to see all homes for sale in a certain city or cities? Here's where you set that up! You will see the search page, and just under the buttons you will see "Logged In (Your Name) Log Out". To setup your personalized property alerts, just select any search criteria you want, then click "Save Settings". This may take a minute on slower Internet connections, and when done you will see the screen refresh and a small message appears at the very top of the page saying "Thank you, your search has been updated".
C. Now you are signed up for your property alerts and they will be sent to you as they new properties come onto the market!
Making Changes
If you wish to change your personal information (name, email address, phone number) just click the "MY ACCOUNT" button, enter the new info, and click "Save Settings". The screen will refresh and your settings have been updated.
To change the settings for your Property Alerts, click the "EMAIL ALERTS" button, make your changes and then click "SAVE SETTINGS" and as before the page will refresh after a moment and a small message appears at the very top of the page saying "Thank you, your search has been updated".
When viewing properties in the search results screens, you can click "SAVE" to mark them as a favorite. Then later you can simply click the "FAVORITES" button to view all of the properties you have marked as favorites, or remove them from your favorites.
More About Using Property Alerts
1. Receive Email Alerts when new properties become available by clicking on the "Email Alerts" button above and entering your search criteria.
2. View your Saved Properties of interest by clicking on the "Save this Property" button on each listing. Your saved properties will appear under the "My Favorites" link above.
3. Access Your Account From Any Computer by clicking on the "My Account" button and entering your "Email Address".
4. Modify Your Account Settings at any time by clicking on the "My Account" button and selecting "Delete My Account".
5. Logoff From This Computer by clicking on the "Logoff" button.
Unsubscribe
Unsubscribing is easy, each property alert email has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom.
